  • You will notice a shift after just one session. Most issues can be resolved in 3-4 sessions, however, my most popular package comes with 6 sessions. This is to ensure you never feel rushed and we have plenty of time to get to the root of the issue and get you feeling whole again.

  • Anyone can be hypnotized. In fact, if you’ve ever found yourself lost in a daydream, or driving on the highway zoned out until you reached your destination, you were in a form of hypnosis! Research shows that hypnotherapy works best in conjunction with talk therapy. So, if you are currently in or have done some therapy in the past, this would be a wonderful next step for you to take in your healing journey.

  • Yes! When you work with me, in addition to hypnotherapy, I utilize chakra cleansing, customized guided meditations, breath work, intermittent coaching sessions to integrate your hypnosis experience with your day to day life, and so much more. We can even have some fun with past life regressions if that’s your jam.
